Our onboarding and training process provides all the support you need to be successful. We will share with you how: 

• To use the iOS app to connect directly with patients
  
• We evaluate consultations  
• Our compliance and quality guidelines protect patient information, deliver high-quality services and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) 

Before you begin delivering care, you will be able to utilize the practice mode within the app. In addition, our team provides virtual weekly orientation meetings. These are a great time for new Aspen RxHealth pharmacists to jump in and hear tips and best practices. 

Note: A one-time administrative fee of $75 is required to complete onboarding and training. This fee is allocated towards onboarding costs and to verify that pharmacist licensures are active and up to date.

Connect

The mobile application will match you with patients based on clinical and demographic criteria. In the iOS app, you choose patients from your list of matches identified for you. The app’s auto-dialer feature efficiently dials patients in your queue. Simply select the patients you’d like to contact and let auto-dialer do the heavy lifting. 

Engage

You’ll speak with patients for a variety of clinical pharmacy consultations. This includes your choice of comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs), and targeted medication reviews (TMRs), designed to encourage patient education, medication adherence, and chronic disease management. You can choose the consultation type that’s right for you. Whether you have 20 minutes or 2 hours of time to speak with patients, Aspen RxHealth works with your schedule, not the other way around.

Pharmacists can deliver meaningful care to thousands of patients across hundreds of thousands of consultations— due in part to the flexibility and effectiveness of our technology. The Aspen RxHealth app conveniently guides you through each consultation with a talk track and access to the patient’s medication and claims data. During each consultation, you will have access to Clinical Pharmacology to ensure you’re up to date on all medications your patient may be taking.  

Earn

Pharmacists are paid weekly on Fridays, based on the consultations completed the prior work week, Sunday - Saturday.

All pharmacists are automatically enrolled in our Aspen Rewards Club (ARC) program, a performance-based compensation program that rewards the consistency of your consultations with increased pay rates. ARC allows you to take charge of your earning potential while maintaining the flexibility you need. 

Develop

We’re here to help you utilize your education and expertise to their fullest potential. For additional support from your peers, our mentorship program pairs you with experienced Aspen RxHealth pharmacists so you can learn from experts. The Aspen Milestone Program (AMP) also provides reimbursements when you earn qualifying professional certifications.
